Pricing Overview

One-Time Payment, Lifetime Access

• Free Plan: $0
• Individual Plan: $19 one-time
• Agency Plan: $49 one-time

Paid plans are bought once through AppSumo and keep lifetime access - there is no subscription. Both include a 60-day refund guarantee. Eligible accounts can try the Agency Plan with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.

Document Limits

What Counts Toward Your Limit

• Counts: each document you send in the calendar month (sending by email or generating signing links)
• Does not count: uploading, editing, templates, clones that are not sent, and documents sent from a team
• Reset: the count starts again on the 1st of each month; unused documents do not roll over

Branding

• Custom logo: upload a PNG (up to 2 MB) in Settings → Account; it appears in the emails signers receive and on the activity pages of completed documents

Legacy Plans

Some accounts bought an earlier lifetime deal. These legacy plans are no longer sold; holders keep them, and the pricing page shows them as a legacy plan. Upgrading from a legacy plan to a current plan is permanent.

Legacy plans do not include teams. See your plan under Settings → Plan.

API Specifications

API Details

• Plans: Individual and Agency (and legacy paid plans)
• Authentication: personal access tokens or OAuth 2.0 (Settings → Integrations → Manage API Keys)
• Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per user; exceeding it returns HTTP 429

Troubleshooting

A feature listed for my plan is missing

• See which plan you are on under Settings → Plan, then reload the page.
• If it still does not appear, email support@breezedoc.com.

I reached my document limit before the month ended

• The count starts again on the 1st. To send more now, upgrade to the Individual Plan (20 per month) or the Agency Plan (unlimited) - see How to Upgrade Your BreezeDoc Plan.

My legacy plan's features differ from the current plans

• Legacy plans have their own limits (table above). Your exact plan is shown under Settings → Plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do templates count toward my monthly document limit?

No. Templates are unlimited on every plan. Only documents you send count.

What happens if I exceed the API rate limit?

Requests above 60 per minute get an HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) response. Wait and retry.

Can a team have more than 10 members?

No. Each team on the Agency Plan can have up to 10 members.

Is there annual billing with a discount?

No. Paid plans are one-time purchases with lifetime access, so there is no billing period.
