Custom Branding and White Label Options
The Agency Plan removes BreezeDoc logos and lets you add your own logo under Settings → Account. Individual has reduced branding; Free has standard branding.
Prerequisites
- Plan for your own logo: Agency Plan ($49 one-time) - or a $19 or $39 legacy plan
- Plan without BreezeDoc logos: Agency Plan (or the $39 legacy plan)
- Logo file: a PNG image, up to 2 MB

Where Does Branding Appear?
- Signing page - the top-left corner shows your logo if you uploaded one; otherwise the BreezeDoc logo. On the Agency Plan without a logo, it shows no logo.
- Emails to signers (new document, reminders, completed document, expiration warning, invoices) - the header shows your logo on the Agency Plan, or the BreezeDoc mark on other plans. The footer ends with a BreezeDoc copyright line, except on the Agency Plan.
- Completed PDF - a small BreezeDoc logo at the bottom of each page, except on the Agency Plan. On the Agency Plan your logo is placed in the top-left corner of each page.
- Page after signing - on the Free Plan it shows the BreezeDoc logo; with your own logo it shows yours. See How to Redirect Signers to Your Page After Signing to send signers to your own page instead.
- Activity PDF and invoices - use your logo and your plan's branding level too.
- Team documents - use the plan and logo of the team's creator, whichever team member sends them.
How Do I Upload My Logo?
- Open Settings → Account.
- Under Branding → Logo ("Displayed on recipient-facing emails and signing pages. PNG only."), choose your PNG file.
- Click Save changes.
Logos must be PNG files of up to 2 MB. Wide images are scaled down to 600 pixels wide. You can have one logo per account.
How do I remove or change my logo?
- To remove it, click Remove Logo under Logo.
- To change it, choose a new PNG file and click Save changes.
Is This a White Label Solution?
Partly. On the Agency Plan, BreezeDoc logos are removed from signing pages, signer emails, and completed PDFs, your own logo can take their place, and emails to signers and invoice customers no longer end with a BreezeDoc copyright line. Some BreezeDoc references remain on every plan:
- Signing links and pages use the breezedoc.com web address - custom domains are not available.
- Emails to CC recipients and the completion email you receive keep the BreezeDoc mark and end with a "Copyright … BreezeDoc. All rights reserved." line.
- Web pages carry the AppSumo Originals footer.
To keep signers on your own site after signing, use a redirect URL.
Troubleshooting
I cannot upload a logo
- Uploading a logo is part of the Agency Plan. On other plans the Logo section shows an upgrade box - see How to Upgrade Your BreezeDoc Plan.
My logo file is rejected
- Use a PNG file (not JPG or SVG) of 2 MB or less.
I am on the Agency Plan but signers still see the BreezeDoc logo
- Check under Settings → Plan that the Agency Plan is active on the account that sends the document. For a team document, the plan and logo of the team's creator apply.
- The breezedoc.com address remains on every plan, and emails to CC recipients keep BreezeDoc branding (see above).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I remove BreezeDoc branding on the Free Plan?
No. The Free Plan shows standard BreezeDoc branding, the Individual Plan reduced branding, and the Agency Plan none.
Does my logo appear on the completed PDF?
Yes. On the Agency Plan, your logo is placed in the top-left corner of each page of the completed PDF.
Can I use my own domain instead of breezedoc.com?
No. Signing links and pages always use breezedoc.com.
Can I use different logos for different documents?
No. Each account has one logo, used for all of its documents and emails. Team documents use the logo of the team's creator.
